BA range of sheds, summerhouses & workshops

Please note -with the exception of Royal & Sovereign, ALL sheds are supplied in pressure treated timber - Summerhouses, greenhouses etc. are supplied untreated.





Our sheds and Summerhouses are sturdily built to give long service.
Just look at the shed doors - 3 galvanised hinges and really stout ledges and braces.


Floors are tongued and grooved boarding on preservative treated joists.

Wall claddings are good quality Scandinavian timber moulded to Shiplap pattern. In many models walls are lined with strong fibre Sisalkraft.

Roofs are also tongued and grooved with generous overhang and substantial facing boards to give an attractive and well finished appearance.

Over 50 years experience has gone into this range and we know how to make a good, sound building that lasts. Combining this knowledge with modern production methods enables us to offer a wide range of attractive designs at affordable prices. The Royal and Sovereign are dip treated at the factory, all other buildings are untreated. Ideally wall sections should be treated when first assembled, and every 2 to 3 years thereafter.

This keeps the timber in good condition and restores the colour that bleaches out in the weather.

Canadian Western Red Cedar cladding, the traditional and best timber for sheds and summerhouses, is available on many designs.

Buildings are supplied in flat sections for you to assemble, with a roll of roofing felt, instructions and bag with all nails and bolts needed. All buildings should be erected on a firm, level base. Larger sizes require a paving or concrete slab, but smaller sizes may be erected on preservative treated if the base is not firm and level the building will become distorted and doors will jam.

· Delivery and Build
All buildings must be erected on a firm level surface. Failure to do so may result in distortion of the building.

Smaller buildings can be erected on pressure treated timber bearers (available at an additional charge).

Larger buildings should be erected on a paving / concrete base.

Dipped buildings should be regularly retreated with a suitable exterior wood preserver.

Deal (untreated) buildings should be treated before assembly, or immediately after and at regular intervals.
